Colebrooke Partners is an investment firm based in Manchester and London. We launched the Colebrooke Opportunities Fund in 2024.

The fund invests in a concentrated number of listed small and mid-cap UK companies. Our objective is to earn above market returns from opportunities that are out of favour, overlooked, or unavailable to investors burdened by too much capital, institutional pressures, or short time horizons.​

We conduct extensive research both prior to making an investment and as owners’ to ensure our investment thesis still holds.

  • We focus on the long-term economics of a business, not short-term share price movements. Our patient and calm approach allows us to withstand the inevitable volatility in the share price’s of our holdings.

  • We carry out extensive 'owner's due diligence' to ensure we are always among the most knowledgeable shareholders of a business. Each investment thesis is carefully constructed and monitored so that we maintain the proper balance of risk of permanent capital loss with returns.

  • We seek to be an asset on the shareholder register, a valued partner to management teams and the most trustworthy and valued fiduciary of our partners.
