We are quality-led value investors. We look for companies with deep competitive moats and predictable cash flows, run by good people. We buy them when they are available at significant discounts and then hold them for a long time. We focus on businesses that are headquartered or listed in the UK.

We bring a private equity approach to public markets, with the same emphasis on quality, concentration and engaged ownership, plus the added advantages of liquidity and, at present, lower valuations.

We invest with a 10+ year horizon, where judgment and temperament prevail over quarter-to-quarter thinking.
